Care instructions

Burning + Caring for your Soy Wood Wick Candle //
Soy wax is considered a memory wax. What does that mean? It means that every time you light your soy candle, it remembers how much wax pooled the very first time it was lit. In order to give your candle the best memory, the first time you light it make sure you allow a full melt pool to form all the way across the jar (about 3 hours). This will prevent tunneling and maximize the burn time and performance of your candle.

It is also recommended that you trim the wooden wick to about 1/4" each time prior to lighting it. Tools we like to use for this are wick trimmers or nail clippers. This will help your wooden wick keep producing a nice flame and crackle as well as a clean burn.
